Rack installed fine, no issues with the operation. But came with used inner tie rods. Though sandblasted they were heavily rust pitted and with old tooling marks. Even if joint was still tight these are wear items and should have been replaced. And why is Advance charging almost 3x the core charge of everyone else for the same Cardone part. The extra charge also put a delay either on payment of my card or their system so had to wait another day to pick it up. Unsatisfied with both quality and service.

I purchased this and it has a lot of play in it and a knocking noise when turning the wheel right or left. My guess it's because it's a re-manufactured rack. I will probably have to have another installed and have to pay labor again, even though it's a defective part.

Purchased this and had it installed. There is a knocking noise when turning the steering wheel to the left and right, with some play. Shop that installed it said that it because of being a remanufactured unit and that it should be replaced. Said they would do, but would have to charge labor again, since I purchased it. When I spoke to Advance, they said they would replace, but not pay any labor. The manager said if the shop had purchased it, it would have been different. Terrible service.
