    Avoid at all costs...we buy A LOT of parts from Advance & Carquest and are happy with their service. This item however was terrible. We bought 1 pump from our local store, installed it and within the first 1/4 mile of the test drive it failed. Bought another one (only one available) from a store 30 miles away and installed it. DOA...never worked. Ended up buying the OEM one from Ford and it worked fine. Maybe just a batch of poor pumps but it wasted 8 hours of our time and a bunch of Qts of fluid. We maintain a fleet of 10 trucks and 25 pcs of heavy equipment...failure was not from a poor installation

    i don't know what people say is wrong but this is the 3rd week in the truck and everything is fine, maybe they didn't bleed it correctly. anyway the one that was in the truck had the return line in the way of a bolt, this one was clocked perfectly to clear everything. and already having the pulley on it saves me time and hassle.
