I put this radiator in a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 L Hemi. All bolt holes lined up pretty good and it was the correct shape and size, except for one thing. This radiator is about 1/8" thicker from front to rear than the original one. That caused a problem with the brackets that hold the transmission cooler to the radiator. Those brackets go around the bottom of the radiator and are slotted so the edges of the radiator can fit into the slots. After not being able to get it to fit, I took it back out and measured it. It was 1/8" thicker. I was able to bend the brackets and open them up a little bit, and make it work. But it's not ideal. Also, when I put the bolts back in and tightened the nuts, it squeezed the radiator a little bit. I can only hope that this won't cause a premature leak. Other than that little problem, everything else worked fine.

I bought a radiator. When installed it started leaking. Found a crack in the plastic. It was not around any seams or stress areas. A pressure test at the factory would have found it. Several hours of labor to replace it. New one working fine.

Went right in and the lines and hoses lined right up. You will need a special tool ( fuel line /filter remover disk) to remove the lower trans line or cut off a short piece of hose clamp and use that.
