The throttle cable bracket is designed for small block Chevy engines thru 1979 and is to be used in conjunction with the kick down cable Pn9886 for the Turbo 350 transmission. The throttle cable bracket mounts on the intake manifold and will hold cables with round or square mounts. It has a 2 inch adjustable range and is finished off in a beautiful chrome plating.

Mr. Gasket Solid Steel Motor Mounts are recommended only for competition applications. This .180 inch thick, zinc dichromate plated solid mounts do not have the flexing present in rubber or even polyurethane engine mounts. This prevents lateral engine movement or twisting in high horsepower and torque applications. Nor will steel mounts break as easily as stock rubber mounts can. Engine movement in applications like this can cause contact of engine components into places they do not need to be (like headers hitting the frame of the car). Also engine twisting can cause severe drivetrain misalignment affecting shifting or even power transmission to the ground. However, without the insulative effect of rubber, vibration can be substantial and thus solid mounts are not recommended for the street.

This Spectre polished aluminum oil pan is designed to fit 1955-’79 small block Chevrolet 283-350 engines with a driver’s side dipstick (except 1962-’67 Chevrolet II and Corvette with stock exhaust). This oil pan is made from a heavy die-cast polished aluminum featuring a finned diamond design. The stock oil capacity is maintained at 4 quarts and uses a 1975 and later gasket with thick front seal. The required mounting fasteners are included.
