Really hard to install. I actually had to cut of and reassemble a piece to get it to fit. However, I must point out that an OEM replacement fan would have been even harder to install. Great price and quality. Works great.

Had to replace the OE blower on my '98 Deville. Factory replacement is horribly expensive so I got this. Pros: It's not stuck on all the time. Cons: Vibrates like like those beds in the seedy hotels when it's on high speed. Ever hear of balancing the cage? Apparently not.

I had an intermittent problem, the blower would cut out for a few minutes and then restart. The problem was slowly getting worse, happening more often and staying off longer. I had to do something. I read all I could fine on the subject and all the stories about how hard it was to change out the blower motor on 1999 Cadillac Devil. One post even said you had to lower the engine to replace, this was not true. This blower motor was an easy fix, The whole job took less than a hour and works like a champ.
