Fits perfectly and works well (2006 Acura MDX). Make note of the "before" screw locations- there are three mounting holes, but my car only had two of the screws in place. Not sure if that was from a previous repair, or if Acura only placed two of the three screws. Also- have a magnet on a wire handy- it's easy to drop the mounting screws and have them fall into the abyss of the door insides.
The title is confused. Even the website said the part is exact fit for my civic. But not for rear left. Front only. And I was told by the in store staff I can not return or exchange the electronic good. Waste Money !

This item was exactly what I needed to fix my door lock. Found a YouTube video that showed me exactly how to replace the bad door actuator. The only tricky part was lining up the hole in an arm on the actuator with the mechanism inside the doer adaptor. Also lost a couple of small screws while putting the new actuator in place. Tight space to work. A mechanic friend told me a trick about using the tacky glue holding the water barrier on as a way to hold the tiny screws. Wished I had known this trick before I started.
