This product is designed for the newest  generation of highly efficient transmissions now being installed in most vehicles, and is  DEXRON®-VI licensed by GM and meets JASO 1A performance requirements. It is a fuel  efficient choice for older models as well, such as those currently using DEXRON®-III.
