Well-made, solid materials and construction. Wire leads are adequate length for wiring in and placement of unit though 6" more inches would have been nice. As to placement and wiring, consult the web forums related to the vehicle being installed for guidance. I found it to be a wealth of information and made things much easier as detailed out color coding of wiring and location of where to find and best place to install. The product requires little if any mechanical aptitude to install, only the ability to follow directions and simple tools.

Our Subaru wrx has a simple j hook. Website said exact match, but it will not sit properly to snap into place. Does not fit.

These are good wipers for first 6 months. After that they are junk. Difficult to remove and install compared to old GM style blades. When you try to clean them or wipe them clean it just the cloth just keeps coming out black like they are deteriorating. Even tried wiping clean with RainX washer additive solution to no avail.

Purchased three wiper blades for my RX350 Lexus at the recommendation of Advance Auto. When attempting to replace the blades it became obvious that neither the front nor back blades had the appropriate attachments that fit this model car. The 21015 Lexus has the simple j-hook for the front blades. The Rain-X blades come out of the box with the appropriate attachment already in place, but when the new blade is placed onto the j-hook it does not seat sufficiently enough to allow the retaining snap to engage. No amount of force, short of destroying the blade, would allow it to be properly fixed into place on the wiper arm. As far as the back wiper is concerned, it was obvious that the new blade would not fit as no attachment included in the package came anywhere close the that which Lexus uses on the back wiper blades. When I returned to the store for a refund, the clerk, different than the person who sold me the blades in the first place, commented "oh, the other clerk should have told you that these blades will not fit Lexus, despite what the computer says".......Oh well. Another hour of my life down the proverbial drain.

The plugs are fine. They are the correct plugs for my 390 FE engine. The problem is the service I received from employees at the Henderson NC store. I should say lack of service. I ordered these plugs on line and received an email stating they were ready for me to pick up. I drove 30 minutes just to pick up these plugs. When I got there I was told they did not have any plugs like I ordered. They had a more expensive plug in stock and they would have to order my plugs and I would need to make another trip to the store when they arrive. The never offered me the more expensive plug as an alternative which any good customer service oriented employee should do to make up for their mistake. I ended up making another trip at a later date just to pick up these plugs. I spent a total of 2 hours driving (30 min each way twice) for a set of plugs due to poor customer service.
