Each compressor comes completely assembled with mounting brackets and air lines and is ready to bolt in. This complete unit will cost you a great deal more at your Mercedes-Benz dealership! It is common for air compressors to burn out because of a leak in an air suspension spring, leaving your air suspension on the ground. Once installed, Arnott recommends checking your system for leaks.

SK-3012 is an Arnott designed new rear shock for the right or left side of the 2003-2009 Mercedes-Benz E-Class (W211) and the 2005-2011 CLS-Class (W219) Sedan’s only – both with AIRMATIC and with ADS, incl AMG’s. The new shock bypasses the often-problematic Adaptive Damping System (ADS) and includes a coil resister which plugs in to the vehicle’s electrical system to eliminate any suspension dashboard warning lights. This completely new shock includes a new polyurethane bump stop, protective dust boot, and new top and bottom mounts. This replacement Mercedes-Benz E-Class rear shock is assembled by Arnott in the USA.

AS-2785 is a new, Arnott engineered, aftermarket air suspension strut for the front right hand side of the 2002-2009 Mercedes-Benz E-Class and 2004-2011 CLS-Class with AIRMATIC and without 4MATIC. This new assembly replaces the O.E. strut and features a new custom tuned shock absorber calibrated to restore your vehicle’s original ride and performance. The Arnott strut includes a new air bladder from ContiTech protected by an aluminum can along with a CNC machined top mount made from aircraft quality aluminum. This new air strut is assembled in the USA with Arnott’s long lasting seals, bump stop, heavy duty crimping rings, and connector valve along with a dust boot to protect the strut.

AS-3001 is a new, not remanufactured, aftermarket air suspension strut for the front left side of the 2003-2009 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Sedan and Wagon w/AIRMATIC and 4MATIC (W211 Chassis). This replacement strut is designed and assembled in the USA and features a new custom-valved Monotube shock absorber designed to provide a smooth and comfortable ride. The new strut is built with a durable multi-ply Continental ContiTech air spring bladder, heavy-duty crimping rings, seals, O-rings and bump stop. The shock is partly protected by an aluminum can and dust boot to keep out debris. This fully assembled air strut plugs directly into the vehicle’s electronic connector and includes a sensor to turn off any dashboard warning lights. Arnott-designed new struts are an excellent alternative for aging air suspension systems because they provide the luxury, comfort and auto leveling of air springs but replace the older original active damping shock with a new, custom-valved shock designed to provide a great ride at a more affordable price.

Arnott’s aftermarket ride height sensors are designed to level your vehicle by measuring the varying distances between the road and the vehicle’s chassis. The Electronic Control Unit (ECU) is provided with this information and sends a signal to the air suspension compressor to increase or decrease the air in the air struts appropriately. Ride height sensors can wear out and are vulnerable to damage from road debris, accidents, water and salt intrusion. Ride Height Sensors should be replaced to prevent further damage to the vehicle’s air suspension system.
