Put this on last August. Noticed some compression in the winter months, and now the mount is completely shot. Transmission resting on the cross member. This is with normal road driving, I have not been offroad due to other issues. Hopefully warranty covers a new one.

First tried attaching the mount to the transmission then to the cross member, could not get the bolts from the mount to the cross member to line up when the cross member to frame bolts were in the proper position... they were off by about 1/2". So, I removed the mount from the transmission and mounted it to the cross member, I then loosely attached the cross member to the frame. In this position the bolts to attach the mount to the transmission lined up correctly. I tightened the bolts to the transmission up completely and then finalized tightening the cross member bolts. Job done! Got rid of the nasty vibration noise I was experiencing so I'm happy.

Bottom Line recommended

Replacement part is smaller than the original by close to 1/16 of an inch, not an issue. The mounting holes in the plate were about 1/16 of an inch too close together, making elongation of the holes necessary, a minor job but a big pain.
