installed 5.11.20 on a 05 Titan. truck was spewing gas when refueling. make sure you take the plastic housing off first makes the job easier. Then install in the hole, put plastic housing back on, hook the plug and install the big hose.

Replaced sensor today. Although AA indicated "Exact Fit" - not quite so. This being an after market product the part look and fit was different. Once I removed the old one, I semi struggled the better half of 20mins trying to snap the part in (reverse of the part removal). Subtle differences... First I had to remove the black plastic frame from the part (worthless - conflicted with canister frame/space available), then I had to start the threading in hole 270 degrees opposite for the inner threads to lock in/properly seat into the mounting hole. Contemplated removing the surrounding metal frame, but luckily the part seated just enough - otherwise, it would have interfered with a plastic bracket on the canister. At this point all's well that ends well. Now to see if the performance eliminates the P0455 error code.
