Easy to install. Fixed the problem
It was a perfect fit and with the Advanced auto parts promo code I got it a really good price. I wish that they had it in a quick strut but it wasn't hard to exchange the hardware

This is the Vapor Canister Purge Solenoid that lives under the intake manifold of Hyundais. There is also a Vapor Canister Close Valve (CCV) that lives next to the gas tank. It looks similar, but has 3 total vacuum line nipples. You probably should change both to fix a small or tiny EVAP leak. And while you're at it, change the degraded rubber lines that feed this little guy. Fuel line is the safest thing to use for EVAP systems. Just disconnect the plastic air intake between the throttle body and the air cleaner, loosen the clamp bolt with a 10mm and undo the spring clamps at either end. Easy.

This part said it was an exact fit for my Hyundai Elantra 2005. It was not; different connections. I told staff in store; but I guess they do not have a way to update website.

Listed as a direct fit for a 2004 SanteFe with a 3.5L engine. The component was not even close. The purge control solenoid / canister solenoid is a dealer item, the listing for this part was incorrect. Returning the part was easy and hassel free ... Poor grade for BWD, A+ for Advance Auto Parts.
