Mallory’s UNILITE (R), and magnetic breaker less ignition modules are self contained module assemblies which have no moving parts to wear out. Using Mallory’s time tested breaker less ignition circuit, combined with modern surface mount thermal-clad construction, these ignition modules can drive both OEM and high performance ignition coils. For best results always use a Mallory PROMASTER coil or a Mallory chrome electronic ignition coil. These are also an excellent choice for triggering one of the Mallory HyFire series of electronic ignition controls. Hookup is as easy as a three wire connection.

Also fits 1990 and earlier GM big block (internally balanced) V8 engines with two piece rear main seal. Features include high tensile strength steel construction to resist elongation and cracking, dual bolt pattern 10.75 or 11.5 inch converter mounting locations, 168 tooth ring gear with double-sided welds for added strength and comes with SFI 29.1 safety certification insuring the ultimate in safety and performance.
