Feels cheap, plastic pulley. Came with hardware but no washers and the bolt heads are barely big enough to cover the bolt holes. WOULD NOT INSTALL WITHOUT WASHERS, had to purchase separately after initially attempting install with supplied hardware.

After reading some of the other comments about needing modifications to make it work, I was skeptical about purchasing it. However, It bolted right up to the mounting bracket for the AC compressor with no drama.
