All OEM intakes on the panther 4.6's eventually fail and cause coolant leaks. Mine was leaking antifreeze into the back right cylinder. The Dorman kit has everything you need and installed easily. It's true that the Dorman intake is smaller than the OEM, so you do lose some top end hp, but seem to gain some torque. Anyways, a 200,000 mile Grand Marquis is hardly a race car, so the design difference does not bother me.
