My idler pulley seized on the way to work. Being in the middle of nowhere can create problems for getting repair parts. Luckily I was able to order online and have a friend pick it up on the way in for night shift. 15 minutes later it was installed and hasn't given me a problem since. Great Fit, Best Price I could Find. If you are Ditching the air pump too you can simply use a Continental 4060965 or equivalent belt (96.5") and a slightly modified belt path than stock. No Need For a Air Pump Pulley. Wish the pulley was metal, but everything is plastic these days.

I had left a previous review that the tensioner pulley was defective and began squealing. It was not the pulley - it was the belt. Evidently if there are slight misalignments in the pulleys, or if the belt rides on the points of the belt teeth, it can squeal. You can diagnose by simply spraying water on the grooved surface of one of the belt pulleys. If the squealing stops, it's the belt, not a pulley bearing.
