The innovative kit includes a pair of sturdy stainless steel brackets designed to fit over the broken stud sections on the manifold flange. The opposite end of each bracket has an integrated threaded stud that slides through the cat converter mounting holes. Just push the threaded end of each bracket through the catalytic converter mounting holes, place the contoured side of each bracket against the exhaust flange and around the headless broken studs of the exhaust flange, and secure the connection with the included stainless steel nuts.
