I replaced both front door lock actuators on my 1998 Jeep Gand Cherokee with the BWD Door Lock Actuators. Advance Auto Parts is the only parts store that carried these door actuators other than the auto dealership. These parts were an exact replacement and only took minutes to install.

Parts were returned (not Advance fault) - choice of two options, my gamble was wrong. But they returned them with no complaints - great service is always appreciated.

Replaced both O2 sensors on a 2007 Toyota Sequoia. . Yeah! No more lights lit on my Dash. O2 Socket tool was a big help.

I highly recommend this tool over the cheaper deep socket style O2 sensor socket. There is much more metal in this tool to prevent flexing and distorting like the cheaper tool did. It also helps to soak the old sensor to pipe joint with Liquid Wrench or equivalent solvent for a day prior to removal.

I've used the Royal Purple 20W-50 for the last couple of oil changes on my ZRX. I'll go about 5000 miles between oil changes with this oil. No clutch or other issues using this opil. seems to be great stuff. I just wish it didn't cost so much

If you have a water/liquid cooled motorcycle, or ATV this oil may be a good choice. Do not use in aircooled engines where the possibility of overheating could happen. I recently had to completely rebuild a 127 c.I. Ultima Engine because this oil completely broke down due to overheating in a traffic jam. When I questioned Royal Purple about this, they stated that Synthetic Lubricants absorb and disperse heat, but must be cooled by an internal source within the engine. My engine, although having an oversized oil cooler, was only effective while the motorcycle was in motion. The overheating reduced the Royal Purple to the consistency of water with an equally ineffective lubricating capabilty. Over 1 quart actually came through the crankcase breather. Total cost of tow, rebuild, and repairs was $4536.98.

I have always trusted Royal Puple in all my cars and wondered if it would work in my wet clutch type bike. It does work and I have no problems. In fact the Bike is faster and runs cooler now and although the tappets need adjusting I really cannot hear them thanks to Royal Purple.

These engines are JUNK! Save yourself the hassle of dealing with a mediocre product with a mediocre warranty department. I bought my first engine and it failed within two weeks, engine had 0psi compression on cylinder #5. It took two months for me to get another engine sent to me and now that engine is failing. My original purchase was 2/2014 and now 11 months later I'm back at square one. I went with a reman engine to save time but I see now I should've rebuilt my original engine myself and wouldn't have had such a terrible customer service experience. The representative for Spartan talked to me like I'm some kind of idiot. I DO NOT recommend this product.

The first engine I received was clean, but the gasket pkg had been opened and at least one (Exhaust pipe) was missing. The engine knocked on startup, and the warranty guy helped me troubleshoot over the phone and agreed to send another engine, which they did. This one had complete gaskets, but the angle of the heater hose connecter was wrong, as it had been on the first one. I told them about this, they didn't seem to care. This engine was OK, BUT they disallowed the warranty labor claim on the first one, saying there was nothing wrong with it. The knock had been hard, from the bottom of #1, and the diagnosis had confirmed it. Nobody at Spartan or Advance offered anything besides sorry, and Spartan ignored Advance's request to call and revisit the issue.

The engine leaked at the Rear Main Seal when the engine first started and leaks about 1 quart every 50 miles. Warranty dept., has yet to follow up on it's part to Contact me. So would I buy another SPARTAN product? No. Never again.
