The 50 Series Big Block muffler is made for more than just big cubic inch engine applications. Its large case size with internal tuning chamber provides mileage and power gains along with maximum sound control for a quiet interior tone, even under heavy loads. Well suited to heavy duty vehicles such as full size trucks, SUV’s, RVs, and tow vehicles. Constructed of 16 gauge aluminized steel and fully MIG welded for maximum durability.

The three chamber design utilizes Flowmaster’s patented Delta Flow technology along with an internal tuning chamber to reduce sound inside the vehicle. Provides the same performance and exterior tone characteristics as the two chamber, but with less interior resonance. LS Cast Iron Exhaust Manifold

Manufactured from high-temperature steel core/graphite faced exhaust material. Expanded steel core provides stability and maximum torque retention to eliminate gasket failure. Graphite facing provides excellent heat resistance and thermal conductivity to transfer heat away from the cylinder head. Conforms to and seals minor surface irregularities. High recovery material allows header or manifold flange to stay sealed if flange loses clamp-load. Can be trimmed if necessary for modified port applications. For original equipment replacement, high performance street, drag race and oval track use.
