This Litens tensioner is manufactured by the Original Equipment (O.E.) supplier of this popular tensioner used in both Nissan and Suzuki vehicles. This “O.E. Exact”* part for the aftermarket meets all original equipment form, fit, and function specifications. *(O.E. A PTFE string wound within the spring resists abrasion and dampens noise. Dayco’s tensioner is also designed with a heavy-duty cast aluminum spring case and arm, which helps resist cracking and fatigue and offers additional strength, lessening the risk of distortion. Additional premium thermoplastic rubber spring slot plugs and rubber O-ring seals help keep contaminants out and zinc coated mounting bolts resist rust.
