This all new Momentum intake system resulted in 46 horsepower and 39 lbs. x ft. torque and outflows the factory intake by 25%. This system is superior in every way, from the one-piece sealed housing, to the massive air filter, roto-molded tube w/ built-in resonance chamber and premium hardware. This system uses a CAD designed, dyno-tuned, roto-molded intake tube & housing to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. This is a direct bolt-on kit and requires no cutting or drilling on OEM parts.

Unique Computer Design Carbon Fiber Housing W/ Sight Window: The simple yet elegant design of the one-piece sealed housing makes installation a snap and features our patent pending filter-to-housing interface. A large clear sight window allows for filter inspection without removal of the air box. The housing is made out of lightweight high gloss, clear-coated plain weave carbon fiber and mounts directly into the factory location on the fender well to capture the coolest air available from the factory intake tract. Lightweight high gloss clear-coated plain weave carbon fiber tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. This tube has a built-in resonance chamber to catch un-wanted air intake noises. Two billet aluminum fittings are mounted on the tube to provide a perfect connection with the factory vacuum line. This Momentum intake system was designed around the largest filter possible to allow maximum performance and filtration. This cone filter has a massive 7″ oval flange and is 8-1/2″ tall Pro DRY S filter media. The Pro DRY S performance air filter features 3-layers of progressively finer mesh synthetic “oil-free” media and is constructed with 100% polyurethane frame for long life and multiple cleaning cycles. Large 5-Layer Performance Air Filter: This Momentum intake system was designed around the largest filter possible to allow maximum performance and filtration. This cone filter has a massive 7″ oval flange and is 8-1/2″ tall Pro 5R filter media. The Pro 5R performance air filter features 5-layers of progressively finer mesh cotton gauze oiled media and is constructed with 100% polyurethane frame for long life and multiple cleaning cycles. Also included in the kit is a Black Series serialized plate to assure the authenticity of the intake. Premium stainless steel T-bolt clamps and a silicone hump coupler are used for strength and durability while also providing the most secure installation available.

If you’ve installed tires that are larger or smaller than original equipment tires, or if you have installed a ring and pinion gear set with a different rear gear ratio, the Max Energy Spectrum allows you to re-program for correct speedometer readings, as well as correct part-throttle shifting. The vehicle’s computer calculates your vehicle’s speed based on the diameter of the stock tires. If you’ve installed taller or shorter tires, or changed the rear gear ratio, the vehicle’s computer doesn’t know how fast your vehicle is going. As a result, the automatic transmission may not shift correctly and the speedometer readings will not be accurate (as required by law).
