Pressure test up to 200 bar: tests 100% against leakage. Destructive burst test up to 1100 bar (batch testing). Brake fluid compatibility test: three days in a 120C oven followed by: Volumetric expansion test: low expansion = improved braking. Whip test: constant pressure of 20 bar and at 800 revs/min. Tensile test, and many more to guarantee 100% quality and safety.
