Vaico – Vaico Crankcase Vent Valve (Part No.B2017423649VCO)

Vaico Crankcase Vent Valve

from

$39.35
Due to the integrated two-chamber system, the cyclonic separator requires significantly less maintenance. In gas engines and, in particular, in supercharged diesel engines, so-called blow-by gases occur during combustion, which pass from the combustion chamber into the crankcase. As this is contaminated by very fine oil droplets, fuel residues, steam and soot, the gas must be cleaned by means of an oil separator before it is re-fed to the intake air of the engine. Otherwise it can lead to tarry deposits in the intake lines of the turbocharger and other components. To ensure a long service life of all major components, we recommend, depending on the vehicle, a replacement interval of 60.000 to 80,000 kilometers for diesel engines and 80,000 to 100,000 kilometers for gasoline engines.

Product Features:
  • OE Quality
  • Requires significantly less maintenance
  • Integrated two-chamber system
  • Cyclone separator design
