Delphi Digital Speed and Position Sensors are based on integrated adaptive threshold Hall effect technology. They sense the speed and position of a target created with various sense features that are machined, stamped, drawn, or magnetically encoded. They can sense speeds as low as zero RPM. Delphi Speed and Position Sensors feature silicon Hall sense elements.
