Edelbrock part #5001 Torker II intake manifold is designed for 1955-86 high-performance’s street 262-400 c.i.d. small-block Chevys. This Torker manifold is a singe plane low rise intake that’s great for high performance applications that have limited hood clearance. The manifold has an exhaust crossover for easy cold weather warm-ups, but no provisions for exhaust heated chokes or EGR. Customers will need either electric or manual choke carburetors. Accepts late-model water neck, air-conditioning, alternator and H.E.I. Intake manifold will fit Corvette and ’87 and later stock heads. Will not fit ’87 and later cast iron heads and will not cover port openings of Chevrolet Bowtie or LT1 heads. Not for heavy vehicles (trucks, vans etc.)

This Holeshot 2000 fits 1984-93 GM 700R4/4L60 w/30 spline input, 1993-1997 4L60E w/30 spline input, and 1997-04 Corvettes. This converter retains the lock-up feature. Edelbrock part No: 7280 Intake Gaskets for 1961-79 3626-389-400-421-428-455 Pontiac engines allow for optimum flow and performance. Any gasket can create a seal, but a good gasket can do it with less clamping force, and for a longer period of time. The new MP-2N Micropore technology does not use solvents making our gaskets environmentally friendly. Impervious to most chemicals, this synthetic fiber composite provides a high recovery under load. This means that when compressed, the gasket will conform to any imperfections on the sealing surface even using lower flange pressures. A nitrile bead around each port opening makes the seal even better.

These seals are a must to keep unwanted oil from entering the combustion chamber through the clearance in the valve guides. The umbrella seal is normally used when a larger-than-stock diameter spring is used, in the case of a double spring, the positive-stop Teflon seal is used. The umbrella seals require no machining, but with the Teflon seal it is necessary to disassemble the heads and machine the top of the guide with a special .530 diameter cutter. Whenever you are planning an engine overhaul or a cam change, don’t forget the valve seals.

They feature 3 keyway crank sprockets for 4° incremental adjustability with 4° maximum advance or retard. These timing sets are dynamically balanced and quality checked for run-out tolerances.

COMP Cams High Energy Timing Chain Sets include precision cast iron camshaft and crank gear sprockets and premium quality link belt type timing chain. These sets exceed all original equipment timing chain specifications and are ideal for stock replacement and mild performance applications.

Edelbrock part No: 7829 Performer-Link timing chain is for use with Edelbrock or stock cams. They have a solid-bushing chain for a true bearing surface that rolls with the sprockets, eliminating chain stretch. Cam sprockets are made from 35,000 psi tensile strength cast iron. Crank sprockets are made from billet SAE-1144 steel and induction heat treated. Four Performer-Link sets are stock replacement parts and 50-state legal (see listings in bold type). All other sets have three keyway setting points to ensure accurate timing selection for early or late-model vehicles. Performer-Link timing sets are not for use above 6500 rpm. Performer roller chain sets are engineered to operate up to 6500 rpm. Never hammer directly on chain or sprockets. You can crack the hardened links and pins and cause early failures. Use a sleeve for installations that require hammering, a brass drift punch may be used if you carefully alternate blows on either side of the sprocket to avoid cocking. Never stretch the chain with a screwdriver. Check for clearance between the timing chain and block and between the chain and front cover before reassembly. Be sure that both cam and crank sprockets are exactly in line with each other. Misalignment can cause chain to break.
