TRW – TRW Exhaust Valve (Part No.A405066080TRW)

TRW Exhaust Valve

from

$102.47
TRW Engine Components is a recognized developer of valves and valve train components. A wide range of materials and material combinations are used to meet the engineering requirements in the different engine applications. Materials vary from ferritic martensitic steels (intake valves) and austentic CrMn based steels to extreme heat and corrosion resistant Nickel base super alloy for exhaust valves. To improve wear and corrosion resistance, valves can be chromium plated or nitrided. These coatings are used to improve the compatibility of the valve stem surface to the valve guide material. If necessary, exhaust valves (and in some cases also intake valves) can be hard-faced. In hard-facing, a more heat and wear resistant material is welded to form the valve seat. Seat hard-facing extends the valve life significantly.

Product Features:
  • OE Quality
  • Optimized for strength
  • Heat and corrosion resistant
  • Chromium plated or nitrided
  • Stem optimized to resist wear

Goetze – Piston Ring Set (Part No.A2050243394GOE)

Piston Ring Set

from

$26.98
Goetze OE piston rings for gasoline and diesel engines, are developed for automobile, light commercial vehicle and heavy-duty applications, come in a wide range of sizes, include the first ring sets introduced for Euro4-compliant engines. The end gap can be a straight cut, angled cut or gas tight type for improved sealing. Radial pressure distribution greatly influences ring performance therefore we modify the pressure distribution according to the individual application. The wear-resistance and running-in behavior of the outer ring surface is defined by selecting from various coating options, which include the high-performance electroplated, thermally sprayed and PVD coatings. Goetze modern oil control rings scrape off oil from the cylinder wall, leaving just the required amount for lubrication. The running surface is the contour of the ring facing the cylinder surface. The objective of this running surface profile is to create a lubrication slot with a hydrodynamic film which the piston ring can slide on without touching the other surface. An optimized asymmetrical-barrelled running surface ensures low lubricant consumption even after a very long running time. Goetze piston rings have anti-scuffing properties that promote smooth engine operation, reduced oil consumption and long engine life. In addition, the Goetze process helps prevent materials from detaching and cracking and aids in environmental protection

  • Maximum durability
  • High wear and corrosion resistance
  • Excellent heat-conducting capacity

$16.10
Clevite is the number one name in replacement engine bearings – delivering on the track and in machine shops around the country. With track proven performance in engines with thousands of horsepower, it is obvious Clevite has the strength to handle any light vehicle application. As more and more OE manufacturers shift to aluminum bearings in OE engines, Clevite has introduced a new line of engine bearings designed to be the highest quality replacement bearings in the industry. Clevite Bimetal engine bearings carry on the tradition and reputation that Clevite has built throughout the course of time.Clevite Bimetal engine bearings feature a 100% lead free aluminum silicon bi-metal material, which includes 60% more silicon than the leading competitor’s bi-metal material for better conditioning of journal surfaces. These Bimetal bearings also offer greater wear resistance than the leading competitor’s bi-metal material, as well as greater seizure resistance. Clevite Bimetal bearings feature 100% bored ID’s for precision and surface characteristics and where appropriate – straight shell main bearings utilizing an “umbrella” groove that allows for superior oil control and improved pressure.Clevite® Bimetal engine bearings are of aluminum, tin, silicon Bimetal type of material and construction. These offer the engine rebuilder an Oe type of bearing for engines going into light duty applications. They are only recommended for applications where all engine components have been reconditioned to engine manufacturers original specifications.Bimetal engine bearings are not recommended for Heavy Duty service where heavy demands are placed on the engine or High Performance applications where Clevite TriMetal is still the ultimate performance choice.

Glyco – Rod Bearing Set (Part No.A20301320520GLY)

Rod Bearing Set

from

$56.84
Glyco advanced engine bearing technologies withstand heavy loads and cope with the increasingly challenging conditions of modern, environmentally-friendly engines Glyco is the world’s largest manufacturer of OE-quality bearings. Every year, our engine bearings are fitted on more than 10 million engines around the world – from small bore engines to heavy-duty commercial vehicles and stationary engines. Driven by the need to reduce CO2 emissions, today’s engines extract more power from less fuel. Due to the increased temperature and load, conventional bearings struggle to cope. Thanks to over 100 years of innovation, Glyco provides bearings with advanced metallurgy that can withstand these challenges. Federal-Mogul invented Glyco Sputter Bearings with twice the service life of conventional bearings. Glyco developed G-188, the first intelligent bearing material, and were also first to launch a full lead-free material portfolio. Recent innovations include the highly durable Glyco IROX bearing shells, which address the challenges of hybrid, stop-start and downsized engines.
