I bought this towel specifically to remove lane oil from my bowling balls, not for use on my car. The towels leave a nice shine and absorb quite a lot of oil before they need to be washed. After a couple washes, they still feel fine. I bought theses knowing I would be throwing them away after a few months use, so I have zero complaints about quality. Are they really thick towels that will be awesome for scrubbing at really tough to remove dirt? No, but it should be obvious that they won't hold up to that abuse. These are much better for polishing and wiping down things that are not horribly filthy. The only major downside is that one is a white towel. I don't want a white towel to wipe away synthetic oil since it will never come clean and you can't bleach lane oil out of towels. Denatured alcohol (in Dawn dish soap and other dish soaps) works pretty well to clean it, but the blue and brown towels are much nicer looking after use.

I bought this product needing to clean up some things i was doing and they are not of good quality. They are so thin if you point it up at light you see straight through. It will also leave fabric all ocer the car wherever you use them. They are good for small jobs or to keep in your car to clean up messes but other wise dont buy.
