  1. How Does It Work?
    • Add any in-stock item to your cart and select your neighborhood store for pickup.
    • Complete your purchase and wait for your confirmation email.
    • Head to the store 30 minutes after receiving your confirmation email. Bring your confirmation email, credit card and photo ID.
    • Return to your garage the same day!
  2. How do I know that my order is available for pickup?
    You will receive an email confirmation when the store has been notified of your order. You can pick up your order 30 minutes after you've received the email confirmation. This 30-minute pick up time applies to in-stock items only, and for orders received during store hours.
  3. What do I bring to the store?
    After you receive your email confirmation, eligible items will be available for pickup 30 minutes later. For your protection, only the person that placed the order can pick it up, and the following documentation will be required for verification.

    • For credit card purchases:
      Bring the credit card you used, a valid state-issued photo I.D., and a digital or print copy of the order confirmation.
    • For PayPal purchases:
      Bring your email confirmation plus a valid state-issued photo I.D.
  4. Is every item eligible for pickup in 30 minutes?
    Only in-stock Items are eligible for pickup in 30 minutes. Check whether an item's available by going to your shopping cart.
  5. If an item in my cart is not available at the store I selected, can I check for availability at other stores?
    Yes! If an item is not available at your preferred store, simply select another Advance Auto Parts store in your area.
  6. What are the store hours?
    Use our Store Locator to find the hours of your nearby store. During extreme weather conditions, verify your store's hours by calling the phone number listed in our Store Locator.
  7. How long do I have to pick up my order?
    You will have 7 days from the date your order was placed to pick up your items in store. Orders not picked up within 7 days will be canceled and returned to stock.
  8. How do I cancel or return my purchase?
    To cancel an order placed for pickup, contact the store you selected for pickup, or our customer service for assistance at 1-877-ADVANCE(238-2623). You may process your return at an Advance Auto Parts store.
