Quick and easy replacement on my '98 4runner SR5 (auto). I purchased the cold weather package model since the 3rd gen. 4runner has two different types of starters, a 1.4 and 1.8kW. Well, the second starter I have had to put in this 4Runner. Last one was an Carqwest starter about 4 years ago. Should last a lot longer than that. If this one doesn't last, I will be looking elsewhere for my starters

This product was a terrible experience. I used your online catalog, then picked it up in the store. I asked to verify that it was the part for my truck and was told yes. I realized that your website data was wrong and it wasn't the right part after I had tried 3 Times to put it in. It was too long, therefore got scratched while trying to put it in. Then, your employee didn't want to refund my money. She did after a phone call though.
