    Put two on both blew out and cut the gasket allowing oil out of the cooler gasket. Went to Subaru oem fits tighter and does the job. Gasket was to big.

    This is not a bad review against Felpro, but rather the Advance Auto website. Also, Advance Auto needs to fix this because it isn't the first time they have done this to me. It says on the site that it fits a 4.0. Even when you click on it and see the engine codes in the description it claims to fit the correct engine, but I can tell you from personal experience for a fact does not. It clearly says on the wrapper of the Felpro part that it fits the 3.5L. The 4.0L is much larger in diameter and has a slight bevel on the inside edge. If you decide to purchase the Felpro one based on the positive reviews be sure to look at the package before you leave the store and/or begin your repair. The MAHLE one I exchanged this for is the correct fit. Have them pull both parts for comparison to be 100% sure.
