Bladerunner Intercoolers represent the next generation of intercoolers. The Bladerunner intercoolers utilize a 3 in. bar and plate design that out performs OE style tube and fin core designs. The end tanks are constructed out of 3/16 in. TIG welded aluminum plate tanks that incorporate three multi-directional vanes that efficiently direct air flow through the entire core for maximum cooling. The Bladerunner intercooler also comes with 4 1/8 in. pre-tapped ports for easy gauge installation as well as other auxiliary input options. Tested at 200psi which is perfect for the high boost applications. In recent testing the Bladerunner intercooler produced a 200 deg. temperature drop and a 100 deg. EGT drop as well as increasing air flow by 30 percent. Don’t waste your time and money on modified factory intercooler. BladeRunner GT Series intercooler end tanks are constructed out of heavy-duty 3/16″ TIG-welded aluminum plates. This BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler features a 3″ bar and plate core that is extremely durable and allows for greater airflow over stock. This BladeRunner Intercooler and tube kit features billet aluminum inlet and outlets with a quick-connect adapter and an O-ring seal to ensure a leak-free fit while maintaining superior strength and durability. 100% TIG-welded for race proven strength and durability. TIG-welding provides the strongest welds, reducing stress cracks. The included tubes are powder coated wrinkle black and are constructed of mandrel-bent aluminum for maximum airflow. The smooth transition bends decrease turbulence and minimize pressure loss, increasing performance. Also featured are heavy-duty 5-ply silicone couplings and stainless-steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps. This BladeRunner intercooler kit uses factory mounting locations for stability and easy installation. BladeRunner intercoolers are brush finished and along with charge pipes feature laser engraved aFe POWER logos.
