This is the replacement needed for power steering pump hose connection. Snug tight and it will not leak.

I used the kit to replace the pump-end of the high pressure hose washer. I had purchased a rebuild kit for the pump, and ran into trouble installing it, so just went with an already rebuilt one. There were some washers that came with that kit, and one of them seemed too small for this hose fitting, but it was the same size as the larger one in this set. I tried to expand it with a tapered rod, but it quickly broke. Glad I had a spare!. Heated the spare with my heat gun, and was able to expand it a bit so it would thread onto the fitting. Seals great! The washers are teflon, so they can take a lot of heat, but do not put it directly on the end of the heat gun- maybe slowly heat it at about 4" away to soften it.
