    I installed this battery in my Jeep about a month ago and it's been running great, staying around 14V, no drop on voltage at all. Also got a 5 year warranty, great product and excellent customer service at Advanced Auto Parts

    Is this batter an AGM battery? Nowhere in the battery description or specifications does it refer to AGM but the first bullet point has AGM listed. This is important and should be listed on the top of the battery for charging purposes. Thanks

    Bad batteries happen but the customer service was terrible. Wouldn't believe me it was a battery problem, kept saying alternator. Left me stranded next morning on my way to my mechanic. My mechanic took it to them, they took time to charge it and test it again.... yes, bad battery. That bad customer service cost me quite a few dollars and a lot of aggravation.

    The nice employee installed it for me right in front of the store, and the battery started my vehicle right up. It was a relief after my old battery died right in front of the airport terminal drop-off. It has worked great ever since.
