    I have used this for 2 fluid change s in my 2012 Camry SE.Have put 63,000 miles on tranny since using this fluid. Drained Toyota WS fluid at 51,000 and it was black as night and felt more tacky than slick. After the first drain of Castrol fluid it was still red and felt just as slick as the day I put it in.

    Bottom Line recommended

    I have used this for 2 fluid change s in my 2012 Camry SE.Have put 63,000 miles on tranny since using this fluid.     I was in need of some transmission fluid for my 2004 Nissan Altima 2.5L. the owner's manual says to use only Nissan Matic-D fluid, but I'm never want to subscribe to the notion that only Nissan can sell me replacement fluid. I've used both Castrol and Valvoline when changing the transmission oil, and to me, it just seems to Castrol works slightly better. I'm sure they're both viable alternatives, and both state that they meet the Matic-D requirements. I don't have a single negative thing to say about the oil. It works, last a long time and that's about all you could ask of it.
