Got this part to replace the original that was on its way out. Took the throttle body off to clean before install. Sensor was bolt to throttle body and the entire unit reinstall. Upon plugging in wiring harness the entire sensor body came apart. Thank the gods for the warranty.

My 92 Jeep Wrangler was kinda missing at a certain speed, I replaced the spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor and vacuum hoses! Still hesitating so I replaced the throttle position sensor and wow what a difference it made, runs like new!

Easy replacement on top the engine. Was easy to diagnose the failing TPS with the obd2 code and the backfire when running up RPMs from idle. I added some silicone grease around the rubber seal, connector seal, and between the TPS and throttle body to keep moisture out (which causes the TPS to fail.)

Another typical advance auto sensor. Only lasted maybe 50 miles and then it wouldn't shift out of first gear and had to drive it home like that

They went a little happy on the glue it runs down the wires about 1" but that's only looks. Made in the USA! Way better then the echlin TPS that only lasted about 100 miles.
