Perfect fit for my TJ. I had read reviews for some other blower motors on various website and those either said it didn't fit perfectly or the fan had to be trimmed on the edges so it wouldn't rub against the cage. I didn't have to do anything to this one!

Breathed new life into HVAC on my 1999 Jeep Cherokee. Not necessary to discharge & remove air conditioning components. Just remove the mounting ring clamp for the accumulator, to allow it to be moved out of way. It is a tight squeeze to get Motor/fan through, but it does fit in right position.. 5/16th nutdriver very helpful, as the firewall flange partly blocks access to the mounting screw heads

Easier to install with heater box completely out of dash. Install a new fan while you're at it.

Doesn't seem quite as strong as original blower, but is less of a drain on the battery, and is amazingly quiet. Overall, I'm happy with purchase.

My original blower motor was making a terrible noise due to wear, i was able to reuse the original cone/fan. Wires were different color and new motor will turn clockwise or counter clockwise, so be sure you wire them for proper direction, you will have to reuse the connector and splice old to new wires.product was exact fit with some differences in appearance only.

The website said it would fit my 82 Jeep CJ7. Morris 4x4 shows this same motor working in 76-77 CJ7s. My motor has a flange around it and a different shaft. Is there a difference btwn this blower motor and motor heater? I needed the omix-ada motor heater. 17904.02. i bought this heater blower motor instead. it was the wrong one.

This is the incorrect motor for factor air 1966 cars. The correct motor is a counter-clockwise rotation motor with built-in flange (the unit they show in the 'non - air' application, but CCW rotation) I know. I own a bone stock factory air 66 SS Impala, and I have personally removed the OEM blower, and it is sitting on my desk as I write this review. 🙂
