It is a fuel filter--what can I say? I trust the Purolator name, and the price was comparable to other filters in that category, so I bought it, then picked it up at my local store. By buying online, I was able to use a discount, supplied by Advance Auto Parts themselves, to save a couple bucks, making the filter even cheaper. If cheaper can be applied to something that costs nearly twenty dollars that we used to be able to pick up for less than five. Fuel injection, computers, it is a ll too complicated these days. The filter did not solve my issue, either. The check engine light is still on, so I'll replace the pre-cat oxy sensor on that side, and if that doesn't do it, I'll check/replace the fuel pump.

Good part, fit fine on my 1998 Toyota 4Runner. According to the Haynes Manual, should have come with a couple of extra nuts. It didn't, but the old ones were still good, so whatever.
