The light truck Megashifter is better suited for truck and bench seat applications with its overall height of 14.85-inches tall (2.25-inches taller than #80690 Megashifter.) The positive ratcheting action won’t allow you to over-shift and miss a gear at that critical moment, along with the reverse lockout feature meets NHRA/IHRA safety rules for those weekend grudge races at the track, while the look and feel of the T-handle and accordion style shift boot really shows off its racing heritage. Other features include a black console that you can trim to match the contour of your vehicle’s floor, 5-foot long shifter cable, cable brackets, transmission shift levers, chrome plated top plate with lighted gear indicator and everything needed for an easy at home installation. An optional T-handle with a 12-volt button is available separately for actuating a trans-brake, nitrous oxide or other accessories for the hard-core performance enthusiast. Mallory’s UNILITE (R), and magnetic breaker less ignition modules are self contained module assemblies which have no moving parts to wear out. Using Mallory’s time tested breaker less ignition circuit, combined with modern surface mount thermal-clad construction, these ignition modules can drive both OEM and high performance ignition coils. For best results always use a Mallory PROMASTER coil or a Mallory chrome electronic ignition coil. These are also an excellent choice for triggering one of the Mallory HyFire series of electronic ignition controls. Hookup is as easy as a three wire connection.

FRAM Racing filters are designed with a heavy-gauge tapping plate and an extra-thick steel can that is able to withstand the high pressure flexing caused by demanding driving conditions. A spiral-shaped center tube provides protection against collapse, and tough steel end caps add even more durability. A screen-over 22PSI filter bypass valve provides additional protection against larger contaminants.

B&M has you covered with our high performance flexplate designed for 1955-85 GM small block (internally balanced) V8 engines along with 4.3L V6 engines. Also fits 1990 and earlier GM big block (internally balanced) V8 engines with two piece rear main seal. Features include high tensile strength steel construction to resist elongation and cracking, dual bolt pattern 10.75 or 11.5 inch converter mounting locations, 168 tooth ring gear with double-sided welds for added strength and comes with SFI 29.1 safety certification insuring the ultimate in safety and performance. The assembly is then Zinc plated and treated with a Chromate Conversion Coating for added corrosion resistance and durability. B&M SFI approved flexplates are ideal for extreme duty race applications as well as street cars, tow vehicles or other vehicles needing the added protection and toughness that B&M has been delivering since 1953. Compatible with Powerglide, TH350, TH400 and TH700R4 automatic transmissions.
