Bought this for my 1976 Chevy K10. Part matched up to my frame well, but the power steering hose fittings and steering coupler didn't match what I had on there. I'm unsure if the hose fittings/coupler I had on there are original to the vehicle or not, or if this is due to an updated part, but if you are going to buy this part, be sure you won't need to replace anything else along with it beforehand. I installed a steering gear frame brace with this gear without issue. If you haven't installed one on your K10, do so because your frame WILL crack. I would also recommend to replace all mounting bolts when replacing the steering gear, because those have a tendency to break. Use the strongest bolts you can find, torque to spec (80ft-lb if I remember correctly) and use thread locker.
