This oil pan baffle kit improves upon the baffle included with those pans as the 302-33 is designed to maintain proper oil level at the oil pump pick-up during vehicle elevation and grade changes, accelerations, both lateral and linear, and braking. The baffle maintains the oil at the oil pump pick-up preventing loss of engine oil pressure during off-road excursions as well as under hard acceleration.
