Unfortunately, the factory oil pans don’t always fit or they hang too low for today’s hot rods. Holley’s new LT Swap Engine Oil Pan is designed to help! It provides maximum clearance to the chassis and ground, plus provides an OE (Original Equipment) style fitment for durability and proper sealing.

LS engines are among the most popular for swaps for their low expense and great power potential. Unfortunately, stock LS oil pans can’t always fit where you want them to. That’s where TSP’s low-profile, retro fit oil pan comes in. Composed of lightweight cast aluminum, it is designed to allow for increased clearance to the ground and chassis. It will fit many GM rear-wheel drive applications originally equipped with a small or big block Chevy engine and factory rear sump pan. Meticulously designed, it will mount perfectly to any wet-sump LS engine and take the stock oil filter. With a different take on our 81073, added cut-outs make the 81075 a great fit with the OEM Ford Fox Body K-member and rack and pinion. This pan also features a boss on each side for an oil return for turbochargers.

This oil pan is similar to the popular Holley 302-3 LS swap pan but has a lower retail price & is designed for naturally aspirated applications (turbo oil drain-back holes & plugs removed as cost savings). The 302-5 design is the same as the 302-3 pan and can clear a 4.00-inch stroke crankshaft. This oil pan fits the usual GM LS swapped muscle cars and trucks and the Ford Fox body factory K-member with the Fox body rack and pinion.

Holley engineering has taken their LS Swap oil pans to the next level! The 302-3 design has even more sump clearance, includes two 1/2-inch NPT oil return bosses, and can clear a 4.00-inch stroke crankshaft. Just like the 302-2, the new designed 302-3 will fit the 1955-1987 GM Muscle Cars and Trucks that need a little more clearance in the front of the oil pan. However, the new design will also fit the Ford Fox body Factory K-member and was designed to clear the Fox Body rack and pinion too. It’s a win-win for more LS conversions.

Holley’s popular cast aluminum oil pan (P/N 302-4 and 302-4BK) designed to swap LS engines into K10s and other trucks has just been brought to the next level. Vehicles that endure prolonged sessions of climbing, crawling, braking, turning, and accelerating need extra protection from oil starvation. That’s where the 302-33 oil pan baffle kit comes in. This oil pan baffle kit improves upon the baffle included with those pans as the 302-33 is designed to maintain proper oil level at the oil pump pick-up during vehicle elevation and grade changes, accelerations, both lateral and linear, and braking. The baffle maintains the oil at the oil pump pick-up preventing loss of engine oil pressure during off-road excursions as well as under hard acceleration.

Well, you can put your mind at ease when using ARP premium grade oil pump bolt and stud kits. You have a choice of black oxide finished 8740 chrome moly steel or low maintenance stainless steel. Both are nominally rated at 170,000 PSI tensile strength to provide you with plenty of clamping force. Moreover, take your pick between conventional hex style or 12 point designs. This is insurance that no conscientious engine builder should be without The studs come with flat washers and nuts, while the Ford bolt kit has flat washers only. These inexpensive fasteners can literally save your engine.
