The B&M Transpak is the next step up from the B&M Shift Improver kit. It has all the features in the Shift Improver kit, plus it provides additional driver manual control (GM TH-400, 350, Ford C-6 and Chrysler Torqueflite only). B&M Transpak kit for 1982-1993 GM TH700R4/4L60 automatic transmissions. Most stock automatic transmissions won’t downshift into low gear above 15 mph, and automatically upshift at a predetermined speed no matter what gear you’re in. With the Transpak, you can downshift at any speed, and you can hold the transmission in first gear to any speed that you want! This is an asset when you’ve got a modified engine, and you want additional RPMs, or you’re towing a trailer or driving heavy loads downhill. Stage 1. Heavy Duty is for street rods, normal passenger vehicles or other heavy duty use. Firmer shift feel but not harsh. Improves transmission performance and life dramatically without loss of comfort and offers normal automatic operation when in Drive. Stage 2 is for Hi-Performance street use. Essentially the same as Heavy Duty mode except shifts are much quicker. Retains full automatic features and standard shift points with selector in Drive. Note: Not for GM 4L60E electronic transmissions.

These pans are offered in stock depth or deep with extra capacity and available in both steel and aluminum to fit your specific needs. Each kit Includes the drain plug, gasket and hardware.

Our Hi-Tek deep transmission pans are constructed from A356-T6 aluminum and are cast with thick internal and external fins, adding additional strength and increased cooling properties. The deep pan design increases fluid capacity by 3-quarts over the stock O.E. steel pan. All these features combined help dissipate heat quicker netting lower transmission and fluid temperatures prolonging the life of your transmission, transmission fluid and corresponding components. Other features for this popular pan include a filter, filter extension, pan gasket and drain port with magnetic drain plug for clean and easy servicing. Also includes a 1/8 inch NPT temperature sensor port for easily adding a temp gauge for monitoring transmission temperatures while daily driving, towing or racing. That’s where TSP’s low-profile, retro fit oil pan comes in. Composed of lightweight cast aluminum, it is designed to allow for increased clearance to the ground and chassis. It will fit many GM rear-wheel drive applications originally equipped with a small or big block Chevy engine and factory rear sump pan. Meticulously designed, it will mount perfectly to any wet-sump LS engine and take the stock oil filter. Volume: 5 quarts.
