Flowmaster’s Super 44 muffler uses the same Delta Flow technology found in our larger Super 40 mufflers. The Super 44 delivers a rich powerful tone and are the most aggressive, highest performing street muffler we’ve ever built in a four inch case. Constructed of 16 gauge 409S stainless steel and fully MIG welded for maximum durability.

The three chamber design utilizes Flowmaster’s patented Delta Flow technology along with an internal tuning chamber to reduce sound inside the vehicle. Provides the same performance and exterior tone characteristics as the two chamber, but with less interior resonance. Header Gasket Set

The Super 40 features Flowmaster’s Delta Flow technology. It’s larger case profile provides the best of both worlds of performance and sound. The Super 40 has that deep powerful sound of the Original 40 series but with all the benefits of performance and low interior resonance from the Delta Flow technology. Constructed of 16 gauge aluminized steel and fully MIG welded for maximum durability.

The Super 50 series muffler is a larger version of Flowmaster’s 50 series Delta Flow muffler. Originally designed for trucks and SUV’s, it is also well suited to muscle car and high performance applications. In addition, the larger case size significantly reduces interior resonance and provides a deep, rich tone along with mileage and power gains. Constructed of 16 gauge aluminized steel and fully MIG welded for maximum durability.

When installing headers you will need header bolts, factory exhaust manifold bolts won’t work. These Mr. Gasket Header Bolts are Grade 5 for strength, black oxide coated, and have a compact hex head that is ideal for use where space is minimal – your typical header flanges. Sold as a set of 14.

High recovery material allows header or manifold flange to stay sealed if flange loses clamp-load. Can be trimmed if necessary for modified port applications.
