The three chamber design utilizes Flowmaster’s patented Delta Flow technology along with an internal tuning chamber to reduce sound inside the vehicle. The Super 50 series muffler is a larger version of Flowmaster’s 50 series Delta Flow muffler. Originally designed for trucks and SUV’s, it is also well suited to muscle car and high performance applications. In addition, the larger case size significantly reduces interior resonance and provides a deep, rich tone along with mileage and power gains. Product Features:

• Performance exhaust header gasket consisting of a high-density fiber facing material attached to both sides of a perforated steel core.
• Resists blowout and burnout from high-temperature exhaust and is far stronger than basic paper gaskets.
• Anti-stick coating permits motion without damaging the gasket and makes it easier to remove the gasket for future engine service.
• Slotted bolt holes allow for easier header installation.
• Not intended for use in emission controlled vehicles.

Manufactured from high-temperature steel core/graphite faced exhaust material. Expanded steel core provides stability and maximum torque retention to eliminate gasket failure. Graphite facing provides excellent heat resistance and thermal conductivity to transfer heat away from the cylinder head. Conforms to and seals minor surface irregularities. High recovery material allows header or manifold flange to stay sealed if flange loses clamp-load. Can be trimmed if necessary for modified port applications. For original equipment replacement, high performance street, drag race and oval track use.
