Die Hard batteries outlast everything else out there. I have been buying them for 30 years. They are rated as one of the best batteries for a reason. I have never been disappointed and they have always outlasted their warranty by several years, even under harsh use. I also have to say the the service at AAA is absolutely amazing. Great people that take the time to help you and treat you with courtesy and respect. You want to go back because of their customer service as well as their inventory.

Bought Battery to replace a failed unit for 1998 GMC Suburban. I like that Advance has these in stock. The other auto parts stores stock the ones that have both top and side posts. They are useful but the side posts are too close to work in this vehicle.

I've had several Yukons and Tahoes over the last 20 years, all with the 5.3L engine. My first RedTop lasted 7 years. I've had 3 since, and they've all been garbage. One died after 2.5 years. Replaced under warranty. That one died after 18 months, and they wouldn't warranty it because the warranty period starts from they day the first battery was purchased, not when the warrantied (free) battery was installed. Bought a new one thinking it was a fluke. Well, this one just died after 9 months. These are all in daily drivers, all normal driving conditions, and have been used in 3 different vehicles. Pretty disappointed with RedTop and won't buy another one.

When in doubt, get a Red Top. It's only a few more dollars than other AGP batteries, but they've been doing it long - I have been using Red Top batteries for 15 years, never a problem.

I typically buy the 'best' battery. I found it confusing the AGM is the highest price, but has a 3 year warrenty compared to the conventional wet battery, which has a 4 year warranty. My last wet battery lasted 6 years, so this time I am trying a AGM, which are 'supposed to' last longer. I also do not fit OEM size batteries. I fit the largest battery that will fit the tray. Porsche fits a group 47 as OE, but the tray has the correct hold down for a 48. So, I fit the 48, which is about the same dimensions as a H7. My disappointment with this battery is that it didn't come with a hose kit. My hose fit, but I had to pry out the plug for the other side. If you buy this battery, don't forget to stick a plug in the other side that doesn't have the hose. I think the vendor should supply a hose kit, When I bought my wet battery 6 year ago, they did. now they don't. Just beware.

I bought this battery on January 2 for my 2018 Ford F-150. On a 5 degree morning this battery spins my 5.0L V-8 over faster than the original battery did in warm summer weather. I am impressed.

It works. It has performed well for a week. But the truth in battery quality is judged in length of performance.

I purchased a H6 for my 92 f150 because I have a 1200lb winch that uses a lot of amps, and is the right size for the battery box, the top posts are on the forward side of the battery and my cables won't reach. If I turn the battery around the + and - are on the wrong side for the cables to reach, so for this application I would not recommend H6

I have Optima and Odyssey brand batteries. Both are excellent choices. The Odyssey is in my Mercedes and the Optima is in my Tahoe. The Tahoe is loaded up with high demand electronics. Neither battery has ever failed to deliver the power I need. I use a dual battery setup in the Tahoe. I plan to add another two Optima's for my RV.I would not hesitate to Optima's. You get what you pay for!!

This yellow battery was a perfect fit. Easy install. Cranked the Jeep right up. I had the store check the voltage on this battery before I made the purchase. It read 12.9v. You always check the voltage before you buy a car battery so you can avoid problems when you get it in the car.

This battery has been nothing but issues since day #1. My optima was getting weak starts so I had installed the diehard and it did good for about a week, then I kept getting stranded because my truck wouldn't start. So I then charged my optima and reinstalled and put the diehard on trickle charge ever since. Figured I would try the diehard again today and it did ok while running errands but when I went to run my last errand and tried starting the truck, nothing but click click and wouldn't turn over. Back to the optima it is, bottom line I wouldve spent the few extra bucks on the optima if I knew how much of a headache this would be.

I installed this brand new battery and it was completely drained. Had to use the jumper cables to get the truck started. Drove around for 2 days to charge the battery. Let it sit for 3 days. My truck started right up, so I'm hoping the battery is okay. Time will tell.

Battery lasted 13 months in my 1996 Roadmaster wagon. Volts were good at 12.5 but CCA dropped to 100 and car wouldn't start after sitting 2 days. I had acquired this battery to replace a 2 year old Advance agm battery that had the same issue. Apparently Advance batteries can't survive Illinois winters.

Had the original battery tested and it was bad. Had to jump start my truck in the early morning and it was around -10 degrees with the wind chill. After starting, the temperature gauge did not work. It stayed at the coldest reading. After they installed this battery, there was a significant difference in the starting. It was 100% better. The temperature gauge still did not work. To make it work; you have to clear the fault codes in the computer. I did not have a check engine light on but there was a code listed. After erasing the code, the gauge worked just fine. Its a 2005 Chevy Silverado with the 4.8. Hope this helps. Four stars because theres no handle to carry it, theres slots on the battery for the handle but..... Also because its not availiable with dual post.
