This Heavy duty belt tensioner is manufactured by one of the largest original equipment tensioner suppliers to ensure proper fit and performance. This tensioner is produced for serpentine belt routing applications and is made of high strength steel for improved life and durability. This tensioner has been redesigned from the original OE design to increase life and durability. This tensioner has 3 pulleys; 1 grooved and 2 flat, it has a larger pivot bushing, longer tensioner arm for reduced arm motion, an inline load balance for enhanced tensioner alignment, 2 6303 ball bearings proven to last longer than conventional bearings, higher damping consequently reducing arm motion and wear as well as an optimized install feature for ease on tensioner replacement. This tensioner fits 2008-2015 F’liner 114SD, Bus Class M2, Cascadia, Century Class, Columbia, Coronado / Western Star 4900 Series with DD13/DD15.
