The K&N 57-1573 Air Intake system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing on specific Jeep Wrangler models. K&N air intakes are designed to dramatically reduce air intake restriction allowing your engine to inhale a larger amount of air than the factory air filter assembly. While this Snorkel kit will not increase the manufacturer suggested water fording limit, it will provide a more constant supply of clean air when driving through extremely dusty conditions. More air means more usable power and acceleration throughout the engine’s RPM range. The air intake includes a uniquely designed snorkel system that brings in outside air from an ideal location to allow you to ride your Jeep hard in extreme off-road conditions. Fresh air is directed through the low-restriction snorkel tubing and into a replacement K&N roto-molded air box that contains a K&N high-flow air filter.
