The ABS or Anti-Lock Brake System ECU monitors the Wheel Speed Sensors rotational speed for anti-lock brake function, stability control and traction control. Since the orifice tube is fixed, the system is regulated by either cycling the compressor clutch or by a variable displacement compressor.
