Litens – Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner – Original Equipment Quality (Part No.999415A)

Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner - Original Equipment Quality

from

$145.99
This Litens belt tensioner is manufactured by the original equipment (O.E.) tensioner supplier and meets all form, fit, and performance characteristics of the original equipment part (with the exception of not having the car manufacturer’s logo or part number applied to the part). As with the original equipment part, this replacement tensioner is manufactured in Japan for Toyota Lexus “AR” engine applications. The tensioner maintains the O.E. round spring technology as well as the internal damping design specified for this application. As with the original tensioner, the part comes equipped with a heavy duty polymer pulley for optimum performance and durability. To assist with belt removal and installation, this tensioner is equipped with a lift feature on the arm. A molded location pin is molded into the base to ensure exact installation location. Litens is the world’s largest supplier of original equipment (O.E.) power transmission products. At Litens, we design systems that are more efficient, resulting in tangible fuel economy/emissions benefits. Litens holds over 2000 patents and continues to respond to the ever-changing automotive industry by investing heavily in new technology, facilities, and people. 90% of our line is made of products coming from the OE manufacturer, which makes the Litens Tensioning Products portfolio the purest OE tensioning line in the North American aftermarket.

Product Features:
  • Manufactured by the original equipment part supplier to ensure proper form, fit, and performance.
  • Internal “round spring” technology to provide constant belt tension and alignment throughout its service life. The internal damping design provides quiet, smooth, system performance.
  • Installation instructions included.
  • Heavy Duty Polymer Pulleys
  • Professional Mechanics will change this tensioner in 20 minutes to 1 hour
  • Accessory drive belts and tensioners are manufactured with similar design life targets. Since belt removal is required to change the tensioner, replacing both will extend the system service life and lower labor costs versus individual replacement.

Dayco – Serpentine Belt Tensioner; 1 Piece, HD, Built To Outperform And Outlast OE Parts (Part No.89717)

Serpentine Belt Tensioner; 1 Piece, HD, Built To Outperform And Outlast OE Parts

from

$145.99
The Dayco automatic belt tensioner features Dayco’s original, patented flat spring design to provide less operating range variation. It reduces the risk of premature accessory bearing failure due to high tension and lessens the risk of belt noise and slippage – or poor performance caused by low tension. A PTFE string wound within the spring resists abrasion and dampens noise. Dayco’s tensioner is also designed with a heavy-duty cast aluminum spring case and arm, which helps resist cracking and fatigue and offers additional strength, lessening the risk of distortion. Additional premium thermoplastic rubber spring slot plugs and rubber O-ring seals help keep contaminants out and zinc coated mounting bolts resist rust.

Product Features:
  • Endures the toughest conditions while promoting quieter performance and longer life
  • Features a steel pivot tube on specific designs for enhanced stability
  • Built to outperform and outlast competitive OE parts
  • Rust resistant construction
