Oil Pan Bolt Kit

Spectre’s 12 bolt Differential Covers feature a triple chrome plated steel construction. Designed to perform as well as they look, these covers fit a variety of vehicles. In some instances when you install an MSD ignition, the factory ECU may not be able to distinguish when the coil fires. This is the signal that is also responsible for firing the injectors (or the tachometer), which may cause a no-run situation. The dual channel ignition adapter simulates the original coil trigger signal thus allowing the ECU to properly trigger both the tach and fuel injection with the MSD DIS ignition installed. In most cases, the adapter plugs directly into the MSD’s harness. For vehicles using an MSD DIS-2 ignition, only one PN 8912 is required. For DIS-4 applications, two PN 8912’s are required.

COMP Cams offers a complete line of valve stem seals, from the umbrella seals to the positive-stop Teflon seal. These seals are a must to keep unwanted oil from entering the combustion chamber through the clearance in the valve guides. The umbrella seal is normally used when a larger-than-stock diameter spring is used, in the case of a double spring, the positive-stop Teflon seal is used. The umbrella seals require no machining, but with the Teflon seal it is necessary to disassemble the heads and machine the top of the guide with a special .530 diameter cutter. Whenever you are planning an engine overhaul or a cam change, don’t forget the valve seals.
