I ordered a starter online and picked it up. When I got home I discovered it was the wrong starter and called. I was told to bring it back and they would swap it with the correct one. At the store, after the people who pulled my order and told me to come back, had left for the day and the person there said the starter was not at the location. I would up getting a different starter, which took a bit longer than usual, and leaving. This was a fiasco from start to finish except the counter person who helped me last and helped me the best he could.
